Cinnamon-Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding: (can make any flavour u like, really) 1 cup milk, any kind you like (I like plain, unsweetened almond milk), 3 tbls chia seeds, 1-2 packets stevia (or to taste), 1 tsp pure vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, pinch sea salt. Stir everything in a small bowl  chill until it reaches your desired thickness, stirring occasionally (about 2 hrs).
